Cat and dog clipping, pet food and nutrition support

Stress-free clipping and coat care in a hygienic setting, prescription diets and vet-approved supplements.

About this service

Coat care matters not only for appearance but also for skin health. We clip cats and dogs in a hygienic setting, calmly and patiently, without frightening them. Our priority is always clipping without anesthesia; only for extremely stressed or aggressive patients, or those in pain from severe matting, can light sedation be used — with a vet’s assessment and the owner’s written consent.

Nutrition is one of the cornerstones of good health. Our vets can guide you on the right diet for your pet’s age, weight and health. At our clinic you will find prescription diets and quality cat and dog food, as well as vet-approved joint, coat and immune supplements.

Prescription diets are designed to help manage specific health conditions, so they should be used following an examination and a vet’s recommendation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you use anesthesia when clipping cats and dogs?

Our priority is clipping without anesthesia, with a patient approach that doesn’t frighten our patients. Only for extremely stressed or aggressive patients, or those in pain from severe matting, can light, safe sedation be used — with a vet’s assessment and the owner’s written consent.

Will my pet be stressed during the examination or a hospital stay?

Our clinic is designed to keep stress to a minimum. Before the examination you can spend time with your dog in our lawn garden. Instead of dark cages, our inpatient and observation area offers a calm, daylit space overlooking the garden.

Do I need an appointment for an examination?

We recommend calling us or sending a WhatsApp message to book before coming in for an examination or vaccination; that way our vet can be prepared and your waiting time is shorter. For neutering and other surgery, you need to book at least one day in advance.
